Carraway Medical Foundation
The Carraway Medical Foundation is owned and operated by Carraway Methodist Health Systems. The clinic consists of a variety of medical specialties including; Gynecology, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Infectious Disease and Podiatry. The Medical Foundation also offers lab testing, mammography, DEXA scans, ultrasound and other radiological procedures.
